We accept all standard indemnity insurance programs. However we do not belong to any Participating Provider Organizations (PPO). In most cases, those plans will pay their calculated percentage amount, or reimburse you according to their plan. 3, 6, 12 or 18 month interest-free financing programs available, on approved credit, through CareCredit. Applications can be taken directly in our office, or you can click on the links provided in the privacy of your home or office. We also offer the following options:- 5% discount on payment at the time of service for treatment, for services $700.00 and up
- 5% discount on prepayment of treatment
